Membership & Eligibility

Airelle Rewards (“Program”) is a rewards program owned and operated by Airelle Skin LLC (“Airelle”), for its customers located in the U.S. Membership to the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Airelle and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions.

You must be age 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for Membership.

By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Affiliates of Airelle may have similar customer programs; Membership in the Program does not confer any rights or benefits in the program of any Airelle affiliate.

Description of the Program

The Program is an online, points-based program where registered users of the Program may earn points by purchasing merchandise on Airelleskin.com. Points accrued are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have no cash or monetary value. The Program may be changed from time to time in Airelle’s sole discretion. Any change to the Program or these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Airelleskin.com website.

Earning and Redeeming Program Rewards

Under the Program, you earn five (5) Airelle Rewards points (“point(s)”) for every U.S. dollar spent on merchandise purchased on Airelleskin.com. Excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, taxes, shipping, and all other fees or charges, prior purchases, or where otherwise prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. Only purchases made online are eligible for Airelle Rewards points. Airelle purchases made at retail location(s) do not qualify and points are not earned on these purchases. You must be logged in to your Airelleskin.com account to have any points deposited to your Program account.

Points are deposited once an order is shipped. If an order requires multiple shipments, points will be deposited after each shipment. Points will expire on a rolling basis, 12 months from the deposit date. Points can be converted to Airelle Rewards Dollars (“Airelle Dollars”) which may only be redeemed on future purchases. In order to convert your points, you must accumulate a minimum number of points as established by Airelle. Program members may redeem all or a portion of their Airelle Dollars at checkout. Airelle may, in its discretion, allow points to be redeemable for other items of merchandise from time to time. However points are never redeemable for cash, and Airelle Dollars cannot be used towards the purchase of Airelle gift cards.

Airelle Dollars when redeemed for products will not apply towards any free shipping offers advertised. A net purchase of $35 in order to qualify for free shipping will be determined after all discounts, Airelle Dollars, coupons and offers are applied (and before taxes).

Program Points Expiration or Airelle Dollar Expiration

Any points earned will expire 12 months from the Points Deposit date. Points are deposited once an order ships. If your account is closed due to inactivity, all points will be forfeited. Points converted to Airelle Dollars will expire within fourteen (14) days of conversion. Airelle Dollars deposited as part of another promotion may have a different expiration length and will be unique to a particular promotion. You are not required to redeem Airelle Dollars during checkout.

Registration Offer

At the discretion of Airelle, new members may receive a Registration Incentive Offer, or other promotions, in the form of Bonus Points or Airelle Dollars. These will automatically deposit into a Member’s account and may have different expiration rules. These Rewards are for use toward a future purchase and are not redeemable for cash. Offers are subject to change, alteration, or termination by Airelle in its sole discretion at any time.

Agreeing to Airelle’s Privacy Policy & Email

Airelle values your privacy. The personal information collected from each member, including purchase history and credit card information, will only be used and disclosed by Airelle for the purpose of the administration of the Program, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by Airelle’s Privacy Policy. By registering for Membership in the Program, you agree to be bound by Airelle’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at www.Airelleskin.com.

By submitting an application for Membership in the Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Airelle. By signing up to join the Program, you will automatically be subscribed to receive Program emails. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they be discontinued by editing your Email Preferences at www.Airelleskin.com or by calling 1-855-(3353).

Changes, Termination And/Or Removal From Program

Airelle may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) and may terminate the Program any time, in its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Airelleskin.com website.

Airelle reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, Membership inactivity for more than 36 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Airelle may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any points in your account will automatically expire. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.

Limitation of Liability

AIRELLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITATIONS ON Airelle’S LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY WHETHER FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, OR WHETHER IN TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY BY WAY OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WILLINGLY AGREES) THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM Airelle AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK.

Applicable Law

By visiting Airelle, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, shall govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and Airelle.
