Return Policy

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase through our Airelle® website. We value you as a member of the Airelle® family and strive to meet your expectations with the products and service we provide. If you are dissatisfied with your Airelle® website purchase for any reason, please feel free to return the product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip.

To ensure a timely refund, please return the item(s) immediately by simply following the steps below.
 
1. Contact Airelle at 855-247-3553 within 30 days of your original invoice date and inform an Airelle Representative of your reason for return. You may also email your request for return to info@airelleskin.com and a representative will confirm your request.

2. Within 7 days of speaking with an Airelle Representative or email confirmation, please return all of the following items to the address below:
- Unused portion of the product along with all original packaging
- Description of your reason for return
- Copy of the packing slip that was included in your original order (please retain a copy of the original packing slip for your records)

3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via UPS or registered mail. Airelle® is not liable for packages lost during shipping.

4. Airelle® will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s), and you will be notified of such refund by an Airelle Representative. Refunds will not be issued for any returns that do not meet the terms of the Return Policy indicated below.

RETURN POLICY

We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the Airelle® website. If you would like to return a product purchased from another location, please contact the seller directly regarding your return. We WILL NOT accept returns if 50% or more of the product has been removed or used from the original packaging.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you do not receive a refund within 14-21 days following notification from an Airelle Representative, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your Airelle Representative to confirm that the refund was processed by Airelle. If Airelle confirms that the refund was processed, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued for your purchase amount.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items with the same item if they are defective or damaged. If a component is defective, such as a dispensing pump, Airelle may send you a new component for your product. If you need to exchange a product for the same product, send us an email at taylor.patam@airelleskin.com and we will provide you with shipping instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you for future use at www.airelleskin.com. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot issue refunds for returned items that are not received.



DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We apologize if you have received any items that may have been damaged during shipment. Please save the damaged box and product(s) and contact an Airelle Representative at (855) 247-3553 immediately upon receiving it from Airelleskin.com. We will replace damaged item(s) as long as we are notified within 24 hours from when you receive your package.



AUTHENTICITY

To ensure that you are receiving authentic Airelle® products, you should only purchase them on this site or through an Airelle® approved medical practice or medically supervised spa location. To find an Airelle® approved location in your area that sells Airelle®, click here (link to our locations).
